Please note, it is very important that you have at least an intermediate knowledge of Joomla. We have had some bad experiences with developers not knowing the system properly and are not going to put up with that again. Please respect this and do not bid if you do not have the skills!!! We need our website [login to view URL] created using the latest Joomla version 3.4. The website design is similar to our other site [login to view URL], but slightly modified, as you can see below in the uploads. The content will remain the same and it would be helpful if you could carry this over, including all data in Chrono Forms, sh404Sef and Jom Comment content/backups. The site needs to be responsive. Does the latest Joomla have a user-friendly mobile/iPad editing system? Important notes about the website: - Latest Joomla Version - Menu that stays at the top of the page when scrolling - All content pages are to be articles - Add existing Chrono Forms to the new site - Top arrow that scrolls (like [login to view URL]) - Heading styles: H1=18pt, H2=14pt, H3=bold, all colour #006b37 - Paragraph style: 10pt, black Components: - Chrono Forms - Comment section - Jom Comment or similar - sh404Sef - I am registered New Components: - Newsletter Component - with pop-up subscription module (or separate pop-up component) - Banner/Advertising manager (or leave as editable module) Please ask me anything that I have left out of the above brief.
