You need a need a multi user Website. One for the travel operators for entering their offers and another for users to search travel packages and book those. In this budget, I will be able to create a flexible a database and a website which displays the travel packages and when a user is interested he can book by giving his details so that travel operators can connect with them and follow up. And travel operators can view their packages, bookings done on those and modify packages.
