We have run an agency for many years, while I have predominantly outsourced to Europe, we are looking to bring on more local talent to make up efficiencies in communications and time differences. So ideally we want more close to our timezone (Australia EST) - so apply only if you are in Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand. We have varied ongoing design and development work, but it's pretty constant for small to large clients. We are in need of getting a per hour price to work with going forward as well as how you work estimating larger scale projects. We'd be interested hiring (in priority) a great front end person, followed by a designer and then more technical backend/app dev. I also could be interested in a project manager/PA. So perhaps you are an individual or a team we can form a working relationship with. You must have good english and communicate on skype/slack at all working hours. We have a background in web development and design so have VERY high standards and you cannot bullshit us, because we know how things are built and how long things should take. But if you're good & honest this should not worry you, you must be efficient, problem solvers with great communication skills. If you work well with us, you'll get constant great work from us for a long time.
