I'm new to this website, but I've recently finished a similar project, namely a 245 page Yearbook which I printed myself and I could show to you. I'm very familiar with InDesign, it's my bread and butter. As for the price and time, I'd have to see the actual content for a definitive quote but I have a lot of time on my hands right now.
