Animation and voice over of script

We have a small internal script that we would like to have animated with professional looking graphics and artwork. We want the images to be engaging and look clever. We also require a voice over for narration. The story line and general direction for the imagery is attached. We are seeking serious bids only and interested parties must sign an NDA to see the project requirements.
