I had a really good look at your website and can see just how much work will be required. Less is more and I feel like you have way too much information on your website, you need to cut back have only the really relevant things up there. I understand there are a lot press things, videos and areas you work in but the site needs to be simple, incorporate these things without having lots of different links all over the place to all types of information. I would take advantage of things like YouTube to send people to your channel instead of having all the videos on your site, having links away to press articles builds search results too instead of having all the articles posted on your site. The timeline feature, a lot of it is empty when clicking on It makes it sort of pointless goes back way too far. I'm running out of space so will try to sum it up, you need a total rebuild and rethink of how you want to present your company on the web, at the moment it has way too much information and it makes me think the company is messy. I would remove a lot of content, focus on what you do best and highlight it. At the very least if all content had to stay in needs to be presented a lot better than it is now. I would rebuild it using a custom MVC in PHP and for the front end I would use a framework like Foundation 5 . Build would take about five months to have a fully functional site.
