We are looking for help to build our startup company website. Our company is about IT development/testing and to start with there won't be too much of content to present but the website layout selection and design need to be such that it can be expanded easily and should be simple and elegant. We have tried some free website builder templates but it's not great. Please bid along with the portfolio of your websites/designs that you could share. Bidders without sharing your portfolio will not be dis-qualified.
