Create Wordpress Football Blog with RSS feed + other feature

I need a blog centred around Uefa Cup, Champion League Football. The domain is [login to view URL] It will need to be a wordpress template so I can add content myself and many plugins I have for it already. I need a header banner created. The blog will be information hub for football fans of Uefa Europa League and Champions League. They will be able to view latest score which will need to be pulled from Uefa official site - [login to view URL] The blog will also show up to date news on teams, players, articles on European football and videos. There will be 5 naviagtion buttons below header banner - home, about, News, League: Europa League, Champions League, Euro 2012 (these 3 will be drop down buttons) and Store. Please use [login to view URL] for ideas as this is site we will use to pull alot of information from as well rss feed for football news and live scores. You will also install my getresponse code for the newsletter optin form. I would also like social media plugin like facebook comment share, google plus, twitter and the usual social sharing buttons for many of other sites. The blog will be monetized with adsense, CPA and various amazon widgets and banners so this needs to be easily changeable from the wp control panel so please remember this when choosing a wp template or creating one. I am on a very tight budget around $100 so please bid accordingly. I need this done within 3-4 days max, the sooner the better.
