Loyalty Club - open to bidding

Project Brief – Loyalty Club The concept is to have a “Friends Of Windu Villas” loyalty club which members can join to obtain details about special promotions and offers, etc. and to make bookings. Access to the club will be via a log-in/sign-up system; the log-in/sign-up links will be on the home page of our website. The log-in/sign-up will require a password and the system should have an “unsubscribe” option and a password retrieval system. As well as entering their email address users will have to “like” and “share” our Facebook site to become official members of the loyalty club. This will be detailed on the website page after the users log-in. Once an email address is used it cannot be used again to create an account, unless it has been unsubscribed first. A data-base is required to hold the details of all members of the loyalty club based on their sign-up user name, so that they can be sent bulk mail and promotional offers from time to time. If possible a recommended mail management system should be able to be linked to the installation to manage mail outs. After log-in/sign-up users will have access to webpages in a parallax format, including information only available to loyalty club members. Without log-in/sign-up these pages will not be visible to website users. The project needs to deliver the code and structure to enable the system to be encoded on our websites and to be hosted on our computer/server, and to function correctly. There should be a simple control panel to enable the system to be managed.
