Design a Website

Hi, I'm looking for a website to be built the concept that I have is based essentially around photography. I need 5 pages to start with, the home page will need scrolling images mosaic style with a countdown timer, register/ login, about me page... When an image is uploaded they should be able to wright about who they are, shared links Facebook Instagram Twitter and so on. The site will be based around people uploading their images so storage/ bandwidth will need to be considered with the option for me to upgrade as and when the website grows, an admin area for me to download their images will be essential to the website. I'm looking for less is more but user friendly I like the feel and structure of [login to view URL]'s website to give you an idea of what I'm looking for, the users profile won't need to be as glam if bandwidth/storage is costly, this is a start up photography project idea. I have the domain name registered and a rough sketch of my logo that will need to be designed. About You... I would like to see work that you have done recently and a Skype chat will be essential. Skill level? As a photographer pictures paint a thousand words so I will get a good feel from your current works. Timescale, like the world today we all want things yesterday but I would like you to be realistic about how long it will take you, scheduled updates/proofing, completion time in 3 stages and your reduced proposal should the build time run over your initial proposal.
