I have a small project that I need right away. Please don't bid if you can deliver quickly.(Need in 2 days max) Home page only. Design already in mind. Just need you to create it. (See attached) You create html and CSS and upload to site. You do not have to add the links, pdfs, attachments, etc They will do all of that. They are talking care of all the back end. But need the front created, coded and uploaded. This is Step 1. This will move into a larger project with a full redesign and several pages in the next month. So it is important to have someone who will complete but this step and step 2. This is an awards site an must have a very upscale look. Please only bid if: 1.
