The Task,
Completely redesign 18 screens for an existing prototype for an application. To make it simple,clean,& elegant for the best User Experience.
Right now the application is about 50% simple.
It needs to be 100% Simple. 100% Clean, & 100% easy to use.
You'll be working on this for my client (But will be interacting with me, I will be available about 15 hours of the day anytime if you need any questions or help)

I'm Mina Soliman, UI / UX Designer - Creative Designer and Illustrator with collective experience of 7 years. The past 2 years have been dedicated to UX design for Android, iOS and web apps.

My process is:
1- Studying the Business needs, the existing app features, new features and requirements, and Target user needs and behavior.
2- Analyzing the features and requirements and categorizing them according to importance and usability.
3- Building Personas and scenarios and re organizing our features to fit them nicely and logically.
4- Building interactivity flow chart, and solving different scenarios problems.
5- Building wire-frames (multiple iterations) taking in consideration Android / iOS UX guidelines.
6- Studying the Brand guidelines and color / mass combinations.
7- Polishing the wire-frames according to the brand guidelines
