Create discount image for popup

I'm looking for a simple discount banner to be created, preferably in Fireworks (although I'm also open to other graphic design editors like Photoshop). If you can, please provide a rough mockup of your idea or include a link for your portfolio or image design work done in the past. I'll also be looking for regular collaboration with a graphic designer so this can be the start of a long work partnership.
