Create Puzzle Piece Photoshop Template

I need a photoshop file that I can use and reuse. I want my company logo to be made into a "puzzle" where each puzzle piece has two identical shapes - one that has the logo image and byline on it, and one that is white with text that I can edit. The logo should be "puzzled" with 4, 5, 6, and 7 pieces - making 4 versions of essentially the same thing. I need to be able to export EACH of the puzzle pieces as separate objects that I can drop into any program that takes .jpgs or .pngs - power point, word, keynote, etc. I need this today or tomorrow.
