This project is to build a web application to manage our internal business process flow. In Phase 1, the application will accept sales order input and then generate invoices to bill on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. It will also need to generate sales report, account statement for customer and ageing report. It's estimated that a total of 5 forms and 5 reports will need to be developed. In Phase 2, two more departments will be added - Sales support department and Project management office (PMO). It is estimated that an additional total of 6 forms and 5 reports will have to be generated. Detail of the project pdf document will be provided to the bidder. Need fast turnaround of 1 weeks for Phase 1 and another 2 weeks for Phase 2.
