Build a Website

"Hi, I want some software that is able to scrape various directories on the internet for the usa, uk and possibly a few other english speaking countries. The person using the software will be able to input a keyword or phrase and choose the country and the directory and city and do a search for people/businesses that have a normal website, but do NOT have a mobile website. The software will then find all the email addresses, and hopefully the name of the business or person and this info will then need to be cleaned by the software for duplicates etc. The info then left will be able to be exported (or info imported into the software too for that matter) to other software applications such as excel. The search will also have a stop/start pause on it and autosave feature.
