Build a Website

I need this project to be done within the next 4 hours. It is a simple website edit job, but I will have more work for the successful bidder when you are done. MUST BE DONE WITHIN NEXT 4 HOURS. Budget is fixed at USD$10, non-negotiable. Go to [login to view URL] 1. At the footer menu, I need the social media elements (Facebook like button, Facebook and LinkedIn page logo) to be on the same row as the footer menu links. For now, the footer menu links is positioned higher than the social media buttons and the social media buttons are out of alignment. I need the social media elements to be on the same row but aligned all the way from the right. 2. For the paragraph text just above the footer menu, I need you to style it so it can have a background image and a transparent box (to hold the text). See attached image for what I want. At the background I need to have an image, and the text paragraph must be in a transparent/translucent white box. Bid competitively and do a good job. More work with bigger budget awaits.
