Design UI/Graphic Assets for dynamic (game-like) mobile App. Will include some animated elements and UX input.

Hi, I have am working on an app and have a UX mocked up. I want to work with you to create a UI for that UX, as well as take your input in improving the UX. The UI will be more dynamic (high-res artistic elements, animated elements, etc) than most apps you are used to, so in this way it is more game-like. Therefore, game graphic design skills apply well here. Since this will be an ongoing process, this is an hourly project. You should have: 1. Artistic/drawing ability: This won't just be mashups. We'll be creating completely new graphics which you will need to create. 2. 3D modeling/animating skills: Some of the graphic elements would be better as 3D, while some might be better as 2D. You should have skill in both. 3. 2D animating skills (see above) 4. UI/UX experience. Since ultimately this is an interface, I would like your input in making sure that the interface is easy to use and intuitive. 5. A portfolio demonstrating the above.
