This shouls be a turn key project that is fully functionable when completed. Company selected will be required to maintain website as an on going project, help with SEO and web placement, as well as on going upgrades to site that may be required. First payment shall intail a fully completed and delivered dating website. Second on going payment shall entail a monthly payment to maintain website. Website shall be able to take credit card payments, receive profile entries and updates, as well as be able to aaccept picture profile or video uploads.
