character development + simple animation

I am designing a game similar to the one in the link below ( see the monkey character) [login to view URL] but the game ill be for adult to prepare them for a professional exam. i want to make the exam fun and thus use a character that is funny but not too funny or too childish. i want the character + animate the character to be happy sad waiting and angry i can not award the project until i see a sketch of your idea. good luck
