Building a website from scratch, including the copywriting.

I am currently taking bids on the creation of a website for my chiropractic practice and should be viewed as creating two websites, one for computers/laptops and one for mobile compatible version. It needs to be built from the ground up, including some graphic modification of my logo, graphic placement, webpage layout, and text creation. I want this website created according to the format that will bring me up in the rankings on Google in the shortest amount of time. To do this, I require the creation of a blog "on page" which I would like to automate to a new Facebook page and a current Twitter account. I have a tentative layout for my website and have examples of websites that I would like to emulate. There is also the issue of "squeeze pages" that will encourage condition-specific visitors to visit my site. I need advice on what content to include and how it should be laid out to drive the most visitors to my site and have them input their contact information. I want to automate new content to be posted to my website, gotten from either private label rights companies/leveraged articles, ghost writing sites, or borrowed content, syndicating it from other sites. Anyone who is interested in this job should understand how to do this. So the person or persons who would like to accept this job need to understand text creation and placement on the page/division on multiple pages for high yield traffic to the website. automation of elements that drive traffic to and then capture potential patient's information, and the aesthetics of website design. I may not need someone to actually code the website but I would like a price on that as well. If this job needs to be divided among more than one person, I am open to that situation. Please submit your bids accordingly, but if you are splitting the work, I only want bids from people who have worked together before. I would also like to see some samples of your work in either my field or an allied field. I can also provide you with my logo and the tentative layout I created (and links to website examples) if you want to submit an example of your work.
