Simple Banner Advertisement - Starcraft 2 Gaming related

Greetings designers, I have a quite simple project, but an important one. We need a fairly large banner ( about 900 x 900 pixels ) to advertise our Starcraft 2 girls tournament section. !!!! This is NOT a simple cut and dry corporate business design !!! If you bid, you need to be skilled in masking and highlights and filter effects to really make the banner. The banner will include female competitors sliced out of photos and placed into the banner along with imputing our logo and a Starcraft 2 theme. It also must have an overall pink with hits of blue color scheme. I can explain in much more detail and provide all the necessary images when a designer has been picked. I have attached an example of what the project is related to Some things I require: A full portfolio! I need to see what other designs you have done. They need to be your specific designs and not designs done by your overall company. No outsourcing! I would like to be in direct contact with the designer and not a middle man. Efficient updating! Please no designers who make changes to the project only once every 24 hours. This needs to be a speedy project, so I need a designer who is able to give me a small block of their time (for example 1 hour ) to make small updates to the project as I make the request.
