Banners & Response Forms

Info This is a pretty big project for a communicative and high-quality webdesigner who is interested in setting up a long-term business relationship. To start with, we'd need 2 sets of 6 gif-banners as well as the creation of a response form for a financial campaign(this is a one page design with a form prominently present). If this project works well, you can expect a lot of similar work coming to you (please take this into account when bidding). Now, what do we mean with a lot? We aim to need 8/10 response forms + banner sets per month as of next month. Prerequisites - must be available by phone and IM - must be dead-line oriented: generally response time should be between 72h. - must be detail-oriented, if your only goal is to make as much money as possible and you don't care about your creations, please abstain from bidding. - Please post links to portfolio or previous work
