Code a Flash video player

MUST BE DELIVERED SUNDAY AFTERNOON UK PM LATEST To build a 16:9 Flash video player UI elements are: 1. load bar, shows download progress of video load. 2. play progress bar with timecode showing current play time, that moves along with the progress bar. 3. play progress bar also acts as scrub bar, clicking and dragging anywhere on bar moves video to new time and updates time code. 4. play button which turns to pause icon while playing, and turns back to play button again when the video has finished playing. 5. volume button with pop-up vertical slider (clicking and dragging track to adjust, so works same as scrubbing bar) 6. controls retract when cursor is outside video when it's playing 7. top banner that retracts when cursor is outside video when it's playing 8. controls and top banner animate back on-screen when cursor is within video area and playing. controls and top banner animate back on-screen when video has stopped playing. 9. Top banner has a link to external site and title 10. Both video, title, link url, and link text can be configured through url of player (with easily configured hard-coded versions available if parameters missing) 11. Source code as part of project -- Optional requirements time allowed 12. Full screen button -- Already designed, graphics supplied. Very similar version already online for client without top banner to copy interaction, retraction etc. -- Please read: Very good English please.
