database to web

I have a database (excel). I have a dropdown dynamic dependant drop down menu made for this. It automatically removes words that are listed more than once and opens a new dropdown selection menu that depends on the previous selection referencing to our database. It finally spits out a part number. I would like to accomplish the same thing and have it in a language that can be inserted into a website. I've looked into Alpha 5 and other software for doing so but don't have time to do this myself. I need the coding done and I require the ability to use software that you recommend to constantly update the database and thus the selection tool into our website. The database is very large and growing. To complex for normal website selection menus. I currently have to use macros in order to do this in excel and no converters that are available can convert this into other formats that I know of.
