5 Page Website Template and Logo Design

I need to build a HTML template for my website that will listing apartments, vacation rentals, timeshare, b&b, Guest House, Furnished Apartments, Rooms and Hotels/Inn. Here's my requirements: 1. Logo design for my site Vector/3D 2. Flash World Map Design 3. Design Front Page Template Layout look like [login to view URL] 4. Design Template for Script Customization 5. Template design with CSS based - no table based please 6. Template work with PHP Script 7. Payment disburse after completion of project 8. Clean and Elegant layout (but has to be attractive) I will send a Design Muck up tell you th colors Before actual coding, i will need to approve the design and layout first. So that will include Home Page, Product Page, Product List Page, and other pages. Upon winning bid, i will give the sites that i like for some ideas.
