Hello to all designers ; We are an online game company and we have a lot of jobs to do with flash , photoshop... We are looking for really creative and professional banner designer , website designer. Our job is gaming so we need someone who can work really creative not using Swish or templates for our projects. We'll hire this person as a full time. This person will work for only us not for other companies. I'm on this industry over 7 years so i know all kind of people. I know 1 banner takes how many times , i know 1 website can be done in how many days... So i'll fire who tries to cheat me. >This person will work 5 days in a week. We'll pay extra for saturday and sunday if we want him work >This person will work 8 hours per day. >This person will use MSN and Skype so we can contact anytime >During this 8 hours he/she has to work just for us and he/she must ready fro all kind of jobs. Please send me your old projects, websites which you had done . I'll speak with you on msn. We are looking this person in longer term with an agreement.
