Designer - Photoshop, flash and splicing psd to html

DESIGNER ON HOLIDAY - I am a project manager with many projects currently in progress. Our regular designer is on holiday for a week and as a result, for the next week I need the help of one more DESIGNER to help me catch up. MUST be great with Photoshop and Flash and preferably great with splicing PSD to create html websites. Mostly this work includes creating orginal website designs based on our brief from clients and need to produce versions in both PSD and JPG formats. Most of our websites need to have flash headers or other flash elements, menus or banners that perfectly match the designs you come up with. A good eye for detail is important and you will be required to work between various projects over the next week. Some of the tasks relate to finishing touches, so you must be thorough, reliable and be able to achieve a really professional finish on all work so please only bid if you can demonstrate some great results and ORIGINAL material in your portfolio. We work 6 days per week and I will need you to be available and online to discuss new work with me as and when it comes into our business during each day. My payment terms are rigid - so please no negotiation. Each job you do I will tell you approx the time budget and I need you to honestly record the time each task takes you. I will pay you at the completion of the week, for the hours you do on our tasks. I will not pay into escrow and I will not be paying in advance so please do not bid if that is what you want. PER HOUR ? Please bid the amount you want per hour based on between APPROX 10-20 HOURS for the week spread out over 6 day week. This amount I will pay you at the end of the week. You MUST be available for the whole week - the full 6 days so that we can support our clients and complete their work in good time.
