Design, slice, etc a single Dreamweaver Template!

Greetings freelancers! I am looking for a single website template for Adobe [login to view URL] will make a psd, slice it, and make it into a useable template. I have a few ideas on how I would like things to look, however, I can not really decide on what would look best for the business! I like artists to have room for creativity so I do not like to put in TOO much detail either, however I will be picky at the final result. I ask that if you are going to bid that you create a mock up of one of the following ideas, it does not need to be perfect by any means, but I would like a rough idea of what you are thinking. You will be required to do a mock up of an idea if accepted before the milestone is created, I do not wish to waste time trying to figure out if you CAN accomplish this task or not, I would like to be confident that you can. I prefer mockups as I am dealing with a board of people, they like SEEING things, before they make choices. Many thanks! Please read the included file before bidding.
