537593 Design Flash banners + back-up gif banners

Hello I need Flash banners + back-up GIF banners in the following formats: 728x90 160x600 300x250 180x150 500x500 The banners need to follow IAB advertising standards regarding size (max 40kb) and animation length (max 15 seconds).
