Animated avatars required

Hi, This is a project to create 6 animated avatars, each animation will last approx. 5 seconds. There will 2 animations per avatar, one which approves of an action by a user and another which disapproves of the action performed by a user. An example of what I am looking for is at the following url:- [login to view URL] That is an animated gif, I would like the animations to be written in flash and the flash source files supplied. More details of the exact avatars will be provided using PMB once I receive a suitable bid. When bidding please include some sample Flash animations which you have completed already.
