Amazing 3D Video Presentation (Data Virtualization, 3D Mapping)

I am looking for a very talented 3D motion graphics expert who is capable of creating some very high quality footage for a few videos which need to be put together. All videos will be related to road safety & traffic management solutions and should essentially be put together like a quick documentary while also acting as a pitch.
