Flash banner artist

Flash banner artist I need someone to turn some vector graphics to flash animation banner, not really animation, just make the movement and adjust the timing and so on. This is a on going relationship, we have these banner quite often, and it always on a short time frame, so let me know if you interest, drop me a pm. Note: Please provide some examples of your work, also I will have to test your flash skill, will give out a file once you are selected, and will pay you for demo if you are who we looking for.
