We need a Flash Developer that can create a 336x280px flash Video Ad Unit for DoubleClick delivery. We have the video asset and design already done...we just need the guru help to get it into flash and make it doubleclick ready. We need this project done yesterday, so this is a time critical project. I am attaching the jpg background design so you can understand the project. The video area should have at least a pause/stop and play capability. We will supply the video to the winning bidder to integrate.
