AS3 changes in existing fla files

Hello I have two banners coded in AS3 in which I'd like to make changes. The banners are enclosed so you can see the work to be done. Basically, in the files, I'd like the red stroke and the hand to move a little : > In Banner 01 : red stroke and hand should be moving a little so that it catches the eye and people understand that they have to pull the hand to activate the action in the banner > In Banner 02 : red stroke and hand should be moving to catch the eye WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE WITHIN THE NEXT 2 HOURS I CHOSE THE PROVIDER
