Captivate 6 (widget or otherwise)

I am seeking someone experienced with: - Adobe Captivate 6 - Actionscript 3 (Flash) - Javascript Must have skills: - Expert level knowledge with Adobe Captivate 6 and building Cp6 widgets (if necessary). Project goals: Please see project document.
