CrossWay Group, Inc. is currently seeking a part time REMOTE contract recruiter: This job requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of recruiting experience- this is a fairly entry-level job. Candidate will be responsible for assisting the Recruiting Manager with filling all open job requisitions. Candidate must have experience with working with an Applicant Tracking System Bullhorn and will be filling various jobs including: accounting, clerical, hiring manager, and customer service positions. This is a great opportunity for someone that has some experience but is looking to further their career in recruiting. A degree is required. This job will start out at $12.00-$15.00ph and has much room for growth! Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am-12pm or can be flexible. The Recruiter/Staffing Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities are: -Recruiting candidates for job openings within the company locally and in other locations as needed -Coordinating interviews and sending applicants information about interview -Strategizing on using different recruiting methods if one method doesn’t seem to work –including creative social media methods -Identify passively seeking candidates through networking, internet/social media searches, job postings and ads, and more. -Developing a sourcing plan to identify candidates for diverse jobs throughout the company. -Fill open job requisitions that can vary from Technical to Functional IT and accounting -eMail marketing to database through Bullhorn email Qualifications: -Bachelor’s Degree -At least 2 years of recruiting experience. -Applicant Tracking System Experience (Bullhorn preferred) -Experience utilizing social media for recruiting (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, etc). -Recruiting experience within IT Oracle/PeopleSoft strongly preferred
