Good Old Fashioned Social Media Managment

Why hello, I'm looking for someone to manage 3 of my social media accounts for my t-shirt company. (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) This person will be responsible for creating engaging posts & daily updates with pictures and descriptions, possibly using a few relevant hash-tags and also following other targeted users manually to help grow our social media following & get clicks to the website. I want to do a 1 week test run first, with the intent to have you do this every day, or every other day. I'd imagine one post a day for Facebook, once or twice a day on Instagram & multiple tweets each day all being posted at the best / peak times when users are normally online. Please make your bid for a 1 week long test run for our Facebook, Twitter & Instagram account. Leave a comment below with how much you would charge for doing this Each Month for an ongoing rate. I have multiple businesses each with their own social media accounts. Eventually you would be managing all of them. Looking for someone for the long-term as long as they can deliver. Need someone good with English. Must proofread before posting! And all posts would have to go through me before posting. Eventually after building up some trust I would imagine I wouldn't need to read your posts before hand. If people comment, you DO NOT need to respond to them. I will still take care of replying for now. If you're good with Facebook ads & running ad campaigns thats a big plus too. I need people truly skilled with social media! People that can engage REAL targeted followers, NOT just buy some bots, or use some auto pilot program. I'm talking 110% REAL TARGETED PEOPLE. And no, I don't want you using those stupid iPhone apps where you pay 50 coins and get 20 re-tweets from random middle school kids. Im talking good old fashioned social media marketing.
