I have a property development spreadsheet I regularly use for feasibility studies. The spreadsheet is very detailed and includes all your funding options, tax regimes, allowances for CPI adjustments in costs or sales revenue.
The great thing is that while it is very detailed, you don't have to use all of it - I normally set up my assumptions and cost rates and then simply flick across to the summary page for a complete breakdown of costs, profit, margin, and some pretty graphs.
Depending on the information you put into the spreadsheet - you can get cashflow and project tracking information too.
As a disclaimer - I didn't write the spreadsheet - nor do I fully understand how it was built (the links within the spreadsheet)...however I have used it on a number of occasions as a budget summary and it has been suitable for bank funding on several projects.
There is also a limit of 10years for your project timeline within the spreadsheet.
I will provide the spreadsheet in its current format only. I do not plan to provide any tutorials on it's use...it should be fairly self-explanatory for any developer.
I can provide some screenshots of some of the inputs/outputs should you wish to proceed.
