I have a master sponsorship spreadsheet in which we have to record what kind of event is being sponsored (we have several), the date, company name, sponsorship level, term, invoice date, and what each sponsor gets in return (each benefit in its own column) so that we can 'check off' when the benefit is delivered. I want to have this master sheet so we can see an overall view of the sponosrs. I also need additional worksheets on the same file that break down the sponsors by event (showing the same information in the columns). I don't want to have to double-enter every time we get a new sponsor or one of the sponsorship benefits is delivered; therefore, I am looking for an expert in Excel to see if there is some way to link the spreadsheets so that if it's entered on the master sheet, it can copy automatically to the individual event sheet. Very confusing, I know. :)

As you mentioned, once you enter data in the master sheet it should populate the same data in another sheet with this sponsorship name. If you have the same sponsorship it should add the line in the same sponsorship sheet.
