I possess exceptional Excel and VBA skills including the development of user-defined forms and the associated code to fill those forms from data in the workbook(s). I understand that you are looking for (at a specific job level) the Profit/Loss Statement, Actual Income(s) and Expenses(s) and a week to week Cash Flow Statement. The actual Profit/Loss Statement can have line items that do not exactly match the Cash Flow Items as there are accruals. Nonetheless, I propose to build a workbook with four worksheets. One worksheet will be used for the Management Dashboard and will contain summary information that will be displayed when a specific 'job' is selected. Alternatively, a VBA Form (displayed via a customized menu) can be built with multiple tabs within the form. The form tabs will display 1) Job Selection drop down box (i.e. Combo Box) 2) Summary Financial Information 3) A week-to-week Cash Flow Statement 4) Income Statement 5) Actual Cash Flows (income/expenses) for each week. The second worksheet will contain a list of jobs. The third worksheet will contain profit/loss statements. Finally the forth worksheet will contain actual cash flows (indexed by job). I have been building economic and financial models for the last fifteen years, including some complex VBA programming, form development and database development used to feed the Excel workbook(s).
