We want to build a spreadsheet platform that will integrate with our tender letter template.
The functionality explained:
We enter the data into the spreadsheet document.
the exclusions section is to be a tick box, whatever item is ticked will appear in the word document
We want to export directly to pdf of to word so if we want to make any minor adjustments we can.
You will also notice a project management file attached here. We would like to combine these PM sheets and our tender spreadsheet into the one excel file. This way we can keep the project data all in one place. But on separate sheets.
This will be a critical component to the success of our tendering department, so attention to detail will be very important.
