Current Position: Assistant Artist Manager Music. Travel. Events. You heard it right. If you love all the above things, you’ll be a valuable asset to us. You see, we’re looking for someone to take over the position of assistant artist manager for our company. You will be responsible for smooth execution of events of our artists at various locations across the country. The job of the assistant artist manager begins right after the dates of show is finalized and finishes with the successful performance of the artists on stage. Responsibilities • Coordinate with the tour managers, promoters and media regarding shows and promotions • Manage the artist's schedule [starting from locking the show to travel, meetings and appointments] • Organize artist calendar marking important events, meetings and planning out the schedule of the month for the artists and their managers • Handling communication and travel plans for the artist(s) • Travel with the band for certain shows and hustle with organizers What We Want • We are seeking smart, creative, self-starter candidates who are passionate about music and the events industry • Educational Background :Graduate in any field • Work Experience: No bar • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task • Able to work and self-organize with rapidly changing priorities • Meticulous and detail oriented • Familiarity with stage setup and backstage management will be an added advantage • Well versed with productivity tools - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must Perks - You can be self-employed, which means choosing your work hours (within reason) and where you want to work.
