calculation related to battery packs

Hello, I am a mechanical designer working at Siemens who is interested in expanding his freelancer portfolio. As a hobby, I like to work with electric bicycles and have assembled battery packs from 26650, 18650 and lithium polymer pouch cells. My current project entails creating an individual cell capacity tester, as well as a battery individual cell voltage and total battery capacity monitor. I believe my experience and interest in electric vehicles makes me the best candidate for this job, as I am very familiar with 18650 cells. I'd like to first find out what type of 18650 cell you are using, and then look up the specifications (C-rating) on a datasheet. If you are unsure, I can offer suggestions for 18650 cells based on price per watt hour (also taking into account the discharge requirements of your setup). We can talk about your project description to determine your performance requirements, and how 1000 18650 cells can be configured to meet those needs.
