Hello, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer (specialized in the industrial robotic fields),3D designer and modeler. I would like to work on your project. in order to make this weight scale in the manner you described it is necessary to have a discrete integration if the load cell. the physical prototype is a different project and we could discuss about after the model is finished For that, you may open msg channel here and we'll discuss all the details. Regards Bogdan

Hi, don't you consider using a measuring unit from a regular electronic scales? Using rubber or foam as a spring you never get precision measurement, they are unstable (I have experience with electronic scales, I know the matters). Just to make housing of rubber/foam but leave a steel beam to measure the force, like it made usually? Anyway I'm interested in the project. Best regards Anatolii

I am Robotics Engg with international certifications and would like to do this project with you. I would like to further know about this project as i find the information inadequate to promise or say much. I assume, according to you want the mechanical body of the weighing scale made from rubber or form material for medical or spa use. Would like to know more about your application first before proceeding further.
