Perform a spectral analysis using matlab on EDF files (EEG time series)

Hello, We need a matlab expert to help us perform a spectral analysis using matlab on EDF files (they are EEG time series files). The job is relatively simple, you need to import EDF files (using a function like readEDF....) and perform a spectral analysis on it using something like pwelch, specgram, fft/fft2, timef,... Basically we\'d like to get an output file containing all info about the power of different frequency bands (we\'ll talk about this in more detail).
