Digital Logic Design Project

Listed below are the requirements for the project. It only has to be written on paper and is not very demanding. You are required to design a 4-way traffic light controller (North-South and East-West has the same lights so you have to essentially design for 2-way traffic) where the the green light lasts for 8 seconds, the yellow light lasts for 2 seconds and the red light is on as long as the green or yellow light in the other direction is on. Also, there are 'walk' buttons in both directions. What that does is after getting pressed, it will make the signal of that direction (for example: north-south) green and other direction (east-west) red. Otherwise, it will do nothing. Check the attached diagram for details. Should be fairly easy for someone who knows what to do. You can use regular gates and flip-flops and any other digital chips).
