I would like the closing prices for two different stocks on the [login to view URL] website for the period of 13 years. The process involved would be to load a chart ([login to view URL]$BPCOMPQ&p=D&st=1996-01-02&en=1997-01-01&id=p48003252160) of the $bpcompq click on the annotate link and go through each day typing into excel the closing price of the stock that day. You will have to do that for each year. The link above is for the year 1996, you will then change the date to 1997,1998,...2008. This will need to be done for 1996-2008. There are two different symbols I would like this done for bpcompq and bpspx. The links to their charts are below. I think this job would be much easier with two people, one person on one computer speaking the numbers, while the other person on another computer types the numbers into excel. There are a total of 6,550 fields in excel that will need to be filled with the data from these charts. The work is very easy, but it is time consuming.
