Create an e-mail advertisment campaign

We are planning a mass e-mail marketing campaign for our website [login to view URL] and we need a creative advertisement piece that shows other businesses what we can offer thier company and how they can benefit by using our services. We would like the ad to possibly display all of our marketing aspects which includes: Events, Business Listings, Buying/Selling a Business, Banner and Video Uploads. We also would like the banner to show in HTML, simple but still captures the person's attention.
