CFD airway analysis

I need 5 meshes which are in STL format that needs to undergo computational fluid dynamics analysis. I would like the mesh to be created with tetra and prisms and be error checked appropriately. I plan to analyze the data in Fluent v12 solving for regional air velocity change and flow pattern. I need airflow analysis of nose. Previous experience with Ansys and airway modeling would be preferred. The 5 surface models have been made in Amira software and is ready for mesh creation and analysis once the project has a reliable bidder. Thank you for your interest.
